Fundamentals of landform development including the processes that create the landscape of the earth, such as mountains, valleys, and beaches; soil development; biogeography; water resources, including surface and subsurface, and their collective impact on life on the earth, will be examined using maps, photographs, remote sensing, and other data sources.
